Shipping Country And Duration 

We offer free shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Germany. For the rest of Europe and the UK, free shipping applies to orders over €60, and for the USA and the rest of the world, it applies to orders over €95.

All orders are shipped from our atelier in the Netherlands. Delivery times may vary due to national public holidays but are typically as follows:

• Shipping within The Netherlands: 1-3 business days
• Shipping to Europe: 5-7 business days
• Shipping to the Netherlands Antilles: 5-7 business days
• Shipping to North America and Asia: 7-14 business days

Order Tracking
To check the status of your order, please log into your account, and view the order history tab. 

Shipping Status
Once you complete your payment, tracking information will be confirmed by e-mail within 24 hours based on business days, then you may begin tracking the day after.

Import Duty And/Or Tax
When shipping within Europe, duties and taxes are included in the sale price. Outside Europe, customers are responsible for possible duties and taxes imposed by local customs.
