Return policy

We hope you are fully satisfied with your MARCUS ELIZABETH order. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you may notify us within 14 days of receiving your online purchase, without giving any reason. After your return has been registered, you have another 14 days to send the product back to us. This means that the return must first be registered within the statutory withdrawal period.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • the item is unused;

  • the item is undamaged;

  • the item is in the same condition as when you received it;

  • the item is in its original packaging;

  • any seal, if applicable, is still intact.

Due to the nature of our products, opened, used or unsealed perfumes, discovery sets, samples, travel sizes, pocket sizes, candles or other scented products cannot be returned when they cannot be resold for hygiene, safety or quality reasons. Products with a broken seal, opened packaging or visible signs of use cannot be accepted for return, unless the product was received defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • opened, used or damaged products;

  • products with a broken seal;

  • samples, discovery sets, travel sizes or pocket sizes that have been opened or used;

  • candles that have been burned, used or removed from their original condition;

  • gift cards;

  • personalised or custom-made products;

  • products that are not suitable for return for hygiene, safety or quality reasons.

This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered.

Defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered products

If you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at info@marcuselizabeth.com. Please include the following in your email:

  • your name;

  • your order number;

  • a short description of the issue;

  • clear photos of the product;

  • clear photos of the packaging and any damage.

We will carefully review the situation and, where applicable, offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, refund or another reasonable remedy.

How to register a return

To register a return, please contact us at info@marcuselizabeth.com. Please include the following in your email:

  • your name;

  • your order number;

  • the item you wish to return;

  • the reason for return, if you wish to share it.

Please do not send your order back before contacting us. This allows us to process your return correctly.

Return costs

The cost of returning an order is your responsibility, unless the product is damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. MARCUS ELIZABETH is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.

Shipping costs paid with the original order will be refunded in accordance with applicable legal rules, unless you selected a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email whether the return has been approved. If the return is approved, the amount due will be refunded via the original payment method.

We will process the refund as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or until you have provided proof that you have sent the product back.

Sale and promotional items

Items purchased in a sale or with a discount may also be returned within the statutory withdrawal period, provided they meet the return conditions above. This does not apply to products that are not suitable for return for hygiene, safety or quality reasons after the seal has been broken, the product has been opened or the product has been used.

Exchanges

We only exchange products when they are:

  • defective;

  • damaged;

  • incorrectly delivered.

Please contact us at info@marcuselizabeth.com if you have received a defective, damaged or incorrect product. If you would like a different product, you may register a valid return and then place a new order.

Gifts

If you received a product as a gift and wish to return it, the refund will generally be processed via the original payment method used by the person who placed the order.
