Shipping Policy

Shipping from Amsterdam
All orders are prepared and shipped from our atelier in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. MARCUS ELIZABETH ships perfumes, candles, samples, discovery sets and related fragrance products with care. Because some fragrance products may be classified as flammable goods, certain destinations, delivery methods or courier options may be limited.
Shipping destinations and free shipping
We currently ship to selected destinations in the Netherlands, Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States and other international locations, depending on courier availability and product eligibility. Free shipping applies as follows:

Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany: free shipping on all orders;

rest of Europe and the United Kingdom: free shipping on orders of €60 or more;

United States and rest of the world: free shipping on orders of €95 or more.
If your destination is not available at checkout, this may be due to shipping restrictions, courier limitations or product-specific transport rules.
Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been completed, unless stated otherwise on the product page or during checkout. During launches, restocks, pre-order periods, holidays or high-volume moments, processing may take slightly longer. For pre-orders, the estimated shipping period stated on the product page or in the pre-order communication applies.
Estimated delivery times
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier, customs processing, public holidays and external circumstances beyond our control. Typical delivery estimates are:

Netherlands: 1–3 business days;

Europe: 5–7 business days;

Netherlands Antilles: 5–7 business days;

North America and Asia: 7–14 business days;

rest of the world: delivery times vary by destination.
These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Order tracking
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email, where tracking is available. Tracking information is usually sent within 24 hours after dispatch on business days. You can also view your order status by logging into your account and checking your order history. Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after you receive the shipping confirmation.
Import duties, taxes and customs
For orders shipped within the European Union, applicable VAT is included in the sale price where required. For orders outside the European Union, including the United Kingdom, United States and other international destinations, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees or local handling charges. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not always included in the product price or shipping fee. MARCUS ELIZABETH is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or local import requirements.
Shipping address changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@marcuselizabeth.com. We will do our best to update the address before your order is dispatched. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, we may no longer be able to change the delivery address. MARCUS ELIZABETH is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost, delayed or damaged shipments
If your shipment is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@marcuselizabeth.com. Please include your name, order number, tracking number if available, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the parcel and product if the shipment arrived damaged. We will review the situation and, where appropriate, contact the courier or offer a suitable solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.
